Dylan is a gifted teaching artist with more than a decade of experience working with children, youth, and adults.  He’s taught varied curriculum of theater, performance, music and movement.  Highlights include his work with the Guthrie Learning Center, developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum for children aged 3-9, inspired by the theater’s current productions.

He also has extensive experience working as a teaching artist in public schools, and has worked in partnership with classroom teachers to help foster students’ literacy skills and engagement with reading.


Dylan is a core artist with Upstream Arts, an organization whose mission is to is to enhance the lives of adults and youth with disabilities by fostering creative communication and social independence through the power of arts education.


As such, Dylan has worked with children as young as three years old, and adults of all ages including senior citizens, with a wide range of abilities.  He’s comfortable adapting curriculum to make it accessible to people with limited mobility, or individuals on the autism spectrum, or with emotional behavioral disorders, or people with developmental cognitive disabilities.
